OVERVIEW
Heat Island Studies
Urban Heat Island (UHI) studies analyze how urban development influences local temperature patterns due to factors such as dense infrastructure, reduced vegetation, and heat-absorbing surfaces.
Our team conducts thermal assessments using field data, satellite observations, and urban climate analysis to evaluate heat distribution across project areas. The study also identifies contributing factors such as building density, land use, and surface materials.
Based on the findings, we suggest mitigation strategies such as green infrastructure, reflective materials, improved urban design, and increased vegetation cover to reduce heat accumulation in urban environments.
